Ndidi began her career in the Federal Civil Service in 2015 and currently serves as an Assistant Chief State Counsel (ACSC) at the Chambers of the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice. In this role, she has represented the
government in high-profile cases, with a focus on maritime law enforcement.
Her commitment to public service extends beyond her legal career. In 2016, she served as the Assistant Public Relations Officer for the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Abuja Branch, and has authored several influential books, including The Blue Economy and Maritime Space, Trafficking and Smuggling in Nigeria: The Intersection of Human Rights and Security, and Securing the High Seas: Tackling Maritime Drug Trafficking and Transnational Crimes. Other works include Awakening the Giant: Nigerian Youth and the Future of Democracy, Voices of the Innocent: Uncovering Truth through Childfirst Forensic Interview, and Reviving Love: A God-Centered Path to Healing Troubled Marriages, among others.
Her teaching career includes lecturing on topics such as Financial Crime Investigation, Cyber, Crime in the Banking Industry, and Evidence Collection for Maritime Law Enforcement.
